Hi friends! Our guest this week is Tara Allmendinger. Press play and be prepared for a radical shift of how to move from "want" to "do" - taking imperfect action like we talk about. We also dive deep into faith based wisdom and personal experiences that led Tara to see how God connected the dots in her life. More on Tara...

Tara hasn’t always looked and felt the way she appears today. Years of stomach pain, depression, fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, anxiety, etc. kept her from living her best life. It took major lifestyle changes, doing her own research, and ultimately trusting her guts. She says years of struggling with food and environmental allergies shaped her lifestyle. By embracing the process of personal development, Tara has been able to find the light and fight within herself; a path to peace in my mind, body, and soul.
Sharing her struggles and tools to overcome obstacles with others has inspired her to show up in a variety of ways. She says “It has become a superpower for me to help others heal and bridge the gap between want and do.” Tara thinks of herself as a Wellness Warrior. Using her own wellness journey, she inspires personal victories and self-fulfillment. “Flip the script from a victim to a victor and embrace the Spirit of Victory!”

Tara is a Wellness Warrior. She is married to her husband AJ and lives northwest of Charlotte in Denver, NC. She recently competed in her first bikini fitness competition and is the current reigning Mrs. North Carolina America. This is a huge accomplishment because it represents overcoming major gut issues and allergies that once controlled her life. Today, she is the most joyful and well version of herself. One of her favorite things to do is share her road to wellness with others. She is excited to wake up each day with the drive and the tools to inspire others to feel well in mind, body, and soul. She is living proof that self-care, faith, positive affirmations, and not being afraid of failure will lead to growth and happier life.
