This week we are focusing on 3 key questions to ask yourself and journal and how to make the DECISION to stop playing it safe- scared - small! Its not sexy on you girl and we gotta change it.
1. What does living up to your full potential mean to you?
2. What are you capable of achieving? - DON'T you dare shrink it .. have the courage to speak it out loud and write it down.
3. What is the main thing/ story/ excuse that is stopping you from doing the thing(s) you have said you are capable of?
I believe that when you invest the time in this simple practice and truly make the decision to get into action... it silences the self worth issues that bubble up- that fear that bubbles up.
